too good to be true

so, turns out my computer doesn't work so good after all.

the first time I turned it on, it hung at the stupid motherboard splash screen (dumbest invention ever tbh). I was like, 'wtf?' and restarted, and it managed to boot.

Set stuff up, played AoC, etc.

Now, today, it's not starting pretty consistently. I've tried testing the RAM, wont start with either stick in any slot. I managed to get the splash screen off so I could see what was going on -- here's what happens.

It registers the CPU, and then it hangs. Forever.

WTF? It played AoC great for like 5 hrs straight. But now it wont boot. Sad

JUST KIDDING!

apparently the card reader I got (for no good reason) is incompatable with the BIOS version I was running.

disconnected the card reader for now; I'll flash the BIOS later.

Glad you figured it out!

For the record, I got a card reader too, and I really couldn't tell you why.
