I'll spec it eventually.
TBH, people who have actually tested it tell shamans that it's situational at best, and typically useless, as the cast is 5 seconds and you're being focus fired when you need to use the AoE res. Its cooldown is 3 minutes, which gives you two casts or so per scenario, and building to morale 4 is easier later on than you'd think, so Alter Fate is fine. A lot of veteran beta players seem disgruntled that the old version of the skill was scrapped. I've been told that I should spec the knockback first and aim for the AoE res second.
This is the plan for now:
Rank 40 Build
Renown 80 build
The variable is whether I should use Big Waaagh! for big faster casting single-target damage or the slightly less-damaging AoE ripple effect Da Waaagh! Is Coming, which would need built-up Waaagh! to reduce its huge 3sec cast time.

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG. So you know how IBs do that huge knockback and you fly into the center of a bunch of Orders that swallow you whole?
I GET AN AOE ONE! So imagine my shaman running to the other side of them and pushing all the healers backlining into the center of the Destro frontline?
Sexy stuff, I tells ya.

More stuff for me to keep in mind.
Mork & Gork
9-13-0 + 3 unlocks
This spec is a great hybrid spec, and allows the shaman to have exceptional damage output (for a healer) and great healing. With nine points in Mork, the shaman's heals should be buffed up enough that they should still be able to top the healing charts, and their nukes should be buffed up that they ought to even place within the top ten for damage.
Mork & Da Green
12-0-9 +4 unlocks
This spec is an amazing support spec. It provides excelent healing, better than average buffs, and debilitating debuffs. If you have no interest in dotting or nuking, but still want a role that requires more than heal-botting, this is the build for you.
Mork
15-0-5 +5 unlocks
This is the build you'll want to go with if you're only concerned with healing. 15 points into Mork ensures that your heals, point for point, are the best heals in the game. The extra five points into Da Green allows your base resistance buffs to be a little better, and the five unlocks allows you to pretty much load up on the best Mork abilities.
I encourage everyone to try this build atleast once, because in all honesty, it's actually alot of fun.

Here's basically what I'm going with:
RR40 Build
I'm in the forums alllll the time and I follow trends. This is the current build that healbotters are saying is very solid. They say that Sticky Feetz isn't as good as they thought. However, it is probably the best 13 mastery point skill that shamans get. I'm still torn as to where to go with the RR80 points, but this seems like what I'll aim for now.

FLAKY FLAKY FLAKY
RR40 build
RR80 build
I'm repeccing this way based on a huge, very recent influx of rank 40s that report that all of the speculating on effective builds has been wrong, mostly due to our sub-par damage (contrary to what everyone thought would be pretty decent damage) as well as a very broken skill tree. (Damn you, Da Green! I wanted you so badly.)
When it comes down to it, our healing tree kinda blows, but when we're 17 deep into Mork, we do quite well with our limited tools; our decent AP stealing lets us spam our skills like crazy, so it doesn't matter that the skills themselves are much weaker.
