Mines of Moria new Legendary Traits

In case you were wondering how to get them, according to someone on the LOTRO forums:

One of the new legendaries requires finishing books 1-6 in Moria. Another requires completion of a legendary quest line from a trainer NPC in Moria. The last requires kindred standing with the Iron Garrison Guards to purchase the book. I don't believe any of them can be done by a player who hasn't entered Moria, but I may be wrong.

The only one that's grinding is the last one mentioned, but yeah -- that's gonna takes a whileses

It probably won't take as long as one would think - from what I've seen almost all of the quests in Moria, at least from the towns, give rep with the Iron Garrison!
